Peace and Solidarity Convoy to Beit-Umar
Hundreds of Israelis and Palestinians met at the barricades outside this embattled village today, but instead of bullets and stones the air was filled with hands lifting sacks of rice, bags of sugar and jugs of cooking oil. Solidarity Actions with the Citizens of Tira and Tybe in their Struggle Against Cross Israel Road
KVISH HOTSE YISRAEL company started working on Tuesday 30th of October 2001, in Tira and Taybeh without reaching an agreement with the people of Tira and Taybeh. The police exerted excessive force and injured many of the demonstrators. Despite the presence of people of Tira and Taybeh, and activists of Ta’ayush and Megama Yeruka, and several Knesset members, the work proceeded with no hinder.Continue

Olive harvest in Sussya region
On Saturday, October 27, about 150 of Ta’ayush activists wished to join the olive harvest in Sussya region to guarantee the safety of the Palestinian residents against attacks from the settlers and the army while they harvest their olive crop. The group was stopped by a police & army roadblock some 500m before the settlement Sussya, and presented with a military closed zone order in effect from 26.10 to 26.12. Kfar Kassem Massacre 45th Memorial events
On the 29th of October 1956 the government of Israel imposed a curfew starting from 5 PM on Arab villages which were under military rule. On that evening, 49 inhabitants of Kufr Kassem, on their way home from work, were shot dead by Israeli soldiers. Day of Remembrance and Solidarity with Arab citizens of Israel
On October 1, 2001, the day chosen by the Arab community in Israel to commemorate the deaths of 13 of its members and the wounding of over 400 by Israeli police a year ago, Ta’ayush held actions of solidarity and remembrance in the North of Israel.
